With the latest update, Wakanda Business now supports three authentication methods:

  • Email Authentication (Sign-in URL)
  • Google Sign-In
  • Email and Password Authentication

This guide will show you how to set or reset your password, whether you are logging in for the first time or updating it from your profile settings.

How to Set or Reset Your Password Before Login

If you don’t have a password yet, follow these three steps to set a new one:

  • Enable Password Sign-In
    1. Go to the login page.
    2. Toggle the "Sign in with Password" option.
  • Request a Password Reset Link

    1. Click on the Reset Password link.
    2. You’ll be redirected to a page asking you to enter your email. Enter your registered email address.
  • Verify Your Email and Set a New Password
    1. Check your inbox for the password reset email (subject: "Reset your password for Wakanda Business").
    2. Click the link in the email to open the Reset Password page
Enter your new password and confirm it.

How to Reset Your Password from Profile Settings

If you are already logged in, you can update your password from your profile settings:

  • Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the dashboard.

  • Select Profile.
  • Scroll down to the Security Section and click Update Password.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to set a new password.


Common Issues and How to Resolve Them

  1. Not Receiving the Password Reset Email?

    • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
    • Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your CRM account.
    • If the problem persists, contact our support team.
  2. Issues Setting a New Password?

    • Ensure the password meets the minimum security requirements (e.g., 8+ characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols).
    • If the reset link has expired, request a new one by repeating the steps above.
    • If you’re still having trouble, reach out to support.
